This page sets out exactly what data Impulso collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. It also serves as the site's legal notice.
Who is responsible for your data
impulso. (labimpulso.com), an architecture, design and architectural imagery studio founded and run by Romain Legay.
Contact: contact@labimpulso.com — +33 6 51 26 26 55
For any question about your data, write to that address. You will get an answer within 30 days at the outside, and usually well before.
The data we collect
The "My project" form: first name, surname, email address, profession, the kind of images you need, your project description and any files you upload. We use this only to understand your request and reply to it.
Analytics: if you accept, we measure pages viewed, time on site, device type and country. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored. No advertising profile is built and no data is sold.
Until you accept, and if you decline, analytics runs in a restricted mode: the page you viewed is counted, but nothing is written to or read from your device, no identifier is assigned to you, and your visits are never tied to one another. Declining is the default until you choose.
The tool that identifies visiting companies is loaded only if you accept. It does not recognise individuals.
Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of your explicit request, with a view to entering into a business relationship (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Analytics that identifies you, meaning anything that requires a cookie on your device, rests solely on your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time.
The anonymous counting described above writes nothing to your device and does not identify you. It rests on our legitimate interest in knowing how our own site is visited (GDPR article 6.1.f).
Where your data is hosted
The site and any files you upload are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), on its R2 storage infrastructure.
Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare adheres.
Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, under the same arrangements.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries that do not convert: 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
Client files: 5 years after the end of the engagement, the period required by accounting and contractual obligations.
Analytics: 14 months, the maximum period recommended by the French data protection authority.
Who has access
Only Romain Legay and, where applicable, the collaborators assigned directly to your project, strictly limited to what their work requires.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. No data brokers, no ad networks.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise them, an email to contact@labimpulso.com is enough. No form, no justification required.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers by default.
Only analytics, if you accept it, sets statistics cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can change it by clearing the site's data.
